Completed in 2021, our modern two story building brought a new boutique retailer to the first floor with an airy residential apartment above.
1701 Trumbull: historic renovation of an 1870s beauty
Developed in 2016, our historic renovation of an 1870s building created two retail units on the first floor with residential apartments on the second and third floors.
1705 Trumbull: sidewalk shops and walk-up retail in 1920s building
In 2016 we renovated a 1920s brick and block building bringing two retail units to the sidewalk, a walk-up retail unit to the second floor and a residential cedar deck to the rooftop.
