We are currently (Q1 2022) raising funds for the redevelopment and expansion of an 1860s building into a mixed-use retail and office destination.
We develop authentic neighborhood spots. We create small retail shops that are good for first-time entrepreneurs who want to lower startup costs while mitigating risks. We mix multiple retail offerings with residential homes and office suites to create a sense of safety, exploration and delight for neighbors, visitors and business owners. Our properties blend historic renovations with new architecture in a way that engages with the sidewalk and creates a lively flow among indoor, outdoor, private and public places.

Developed in 2016, our historic renovation of an 1870s building created two retail units on the first floor with residential apartments on the second and third floors.
In 2016 we renovated a 1920s brick and block building bringing two retail units to the sidewalk, a walk-up retail unit to the second floor and a residential cedar deck to the rooftop.
